What PostHog ships
PostHog puts almost everything in public: its changelog, its blog, its team page and its whole codebase on GitHub. So I measured how it ships with its own data. Twelve charts, every number sourced, totals only.
Feedback, please
I’m practising, so I’d love to hear what you’d change. Which chart would you actually post?

My own practice work. Not made with, or for, PostHog. All figures are from their public pages, linked on each chart.
All data comes from PostHog’s public sources: posthog.com/changelog, posthog.com/blog, the PostHog/posthog GitHub repo, their team page, and old copies of posthog.com on the Wayback Machine. The logo belongs to PostHog. Thanks to them for building in public.
Caveats: PRs count changes, not value. Merge dates are in UTC and aren’t the day the work was done. Headcount from today’s team page leaves out people who have left, so I used archived pages for the real numbers. No individual is named or counted.
