Delete your Fia Says account
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.
In the app (instant)
- Open Fia Says
- Tap the person icon (top right)
- Tap Delete my account and confirm
By email
If you no longer have the app, email davidcarrpi2@gmail.com from the address you signed in with (or tell me your leaderboard name) with the subject "Delete my Fia Says account". I'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (username, email address, phone number, sign-in method, and your answers to the sign-up questions: age range, location, gender, goals and Irish level)
- Your game history (every game, score and word played)
- Your daily and all-time leaderboard entries
- Your saved streak, XP and best scores in the cloud
What's kept
Nothing linked to you. Analytics data that isn't linked to your account (for example, anonymous counts of games played) may be kept for up to 14 months. Progress stored only on your phone is removed when you delete the app.
